It is mandatory for all the guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18. Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed. Guests residing in the same city are not allowed

Hotel Seagull puri has the right of refusal of entry if the booking is in violation of their rules. No refund would be applicable in case they deny check-in under such circumstances.

The standard check-in time and check-out time is mentioned on the page. Please make your reservation accordingly as early check-in or late check-out might not be possible.

Please note that almost all the rooms/halls have a certain capacity for the guests/room, it is mentioned on the page. This limit is strictly followed.

Cancellation / Modification is allowed as per the property's terms and conditions. For any kind of cancellation or modification, the Guest must raise the request at least 5 days before check-in.

A booking confirmation is an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your request for accommodation. However, it is subject to hotel's management’s modification/cancellation in case of any unfavourable situation, and the Hotel Seagull Puri management cannot be held responsible or liable for any such changes.

Any dispute arising out of this service shall be subject to Puri jurisdiction.

Please note that in case of any incident/event, our liability is limited to the convenience fee only. Our services are provided to the best of our ability and the information we have received from others. Any information, opinion, statement, recommendation or anything whatsoever shall not form a guarantee. Whilst we can advise you but it is your responsibility to ensure that products and services meet your particular needs.
Cancellation Policy

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel.

As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.

Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as telephone calls, room service, mini bar, snacks, laundry etc). In case, such additional charges are levied by the hotel, we shall not be held responsible for it.

All hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel.

In case of an increase in the hotel tariff (for example, URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri) the customer is liable to pay the difference if the stay period falls during these dates.

Invoice for hotel stay must be collected at the time of checkout, directly from the hotel
No show Policy
1. In case the guest holds a booking but does not arrive on the arrival date then 100% amount for the booking gets forfeited and the bhaktanivas will charge the entire amount from the guest.
2. Management reserves the right to pay or not to pay any amount to the guest in case of no show.Payment will be made through online. Refund will be processed within 15 working days.
NB: The mattress charges will be Rs.1999/-(including GST) for booking from 1st July,2024. The excess differential amount to be paid in offline mode at the time of check-in.
